About Andy

For the last 25 years, Andy has been immersed in residential real estate in the Nashville area, which has afforded him a wealth of experience and expertise. Coupled with his commitment to service, and dedication to help rather than sell, Andy strives to provide his clients a worry-free experience. Upon graduation from Belmont University, he took a leap into real estate investing, while also operating a custom carpentry and remodeling business. His meticulous attention to detail and penchant for artistry paved the way for him to work with builders, interior designers, architects, and homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee. In 2010, he transitioned into kitchen and bath design and sales for builders and contractors, providing him ample opportunity to hone negotiation and problem-solving skills for each client’s individual needs, as well as refine his keen eye for design. His varied experience has given him a vast knowledge of home-buying, selling, investing, and building. He loves helping others find the joy of achieving their next best step, be that a home sale, a first time purchase, land acquisition for new construction, the perfect fixer-upper, investment property, or luxury dream home. As his grandfather did in rural Pennsylvania in 1953, Andy is proud to have designed and built his family’s home in Mt Juliet, where he is active at his local church and his children’s schools. He is married to Caroline, father of Eli and Everly, an avid outdoorsman, and is always building something. Andy is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and loves working with families and individuals to navigate through major milestones in their lives.
